Martin Lindsey is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a lifelong Cardinals baseball fan. He is a 1992 graduate of the Tuskegee University School of Engineering and Architecture. After more than ten years in industry he made the transition into financial services in insurance and banking.

In addition to his technical and financial experience he is also a Notary Public for the State of Alabama. He is the Cub Scout Master of Pack 373 and is also the secretary of the Toastmasters International "Talk of the Town" Club at his church in Opelika, Alabama.

Martin's purpose is to help people to improve themselves spiritually, socially and financially. He does so by teaching the concept of being an "actionist", not a finger pointer. MartyBLOG is where he shares his view on these and many other important subjects.
